- Himalayan salt cave: The centerpiece of the spa is a man-made cave constructed with 13,000 pounds of Himalayan rock salt. Guests can relax in anti-gravity chairs on a floor covered with fine salt, breathing in a therapeutic mist of salt particles for a period of about 50 minutes. The experience is intended to be deeply relaxing and beneficial for respiratory issues.
- Full-spectrum infrared sauna: Guests can enjoy the deeper and more effective heat of an infrared sauna compared to traditional saunas. Health benefits are said to include detoxification, muscle recovery, anti-aging, and better sleep.

What should I bring?
Generally: Bring as little as possible. If you are doing multiple services, we will move you from service to service as efficiently as possible. For most services you will be wearing the clothes you come in with. Leave your electronic devices at home or turn them off. Everything you need to enjoy your spa services will be provided. We ask people not to bring food; and for most services, we ask you to turn your cell phones off.
Salt Cave: If you want to have some water with you in the salt cave, please bring a water bottle that closes. Only water in closed bottles is allowed. No other drink or food is allowed in the cave (as a spill will potentially melt or ruin the salt on the floor). We do provide high-quality drinking water, but we do not have bottles available for our guests.
